What is the return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and the seal is intact.
Products with a broken or tampered seal will be considered sold and are non-returnable. Customized items are also non-returnable.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, customized or personalized items (such as engraved jewelry) and clearance/promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I get my order?
Most of our jewelry is handcrafted to order with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and sustainability. As a result, these custom-made pieces typically take 10–14 working days to be prepared and delivered.
If the product is already available in our inventory and tagged "Ready to Ship", it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, so you can receive your order much faster.
This approach allows us to offer both unique, made-to-order designs and ready-made pieces for quicker delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India (PAN India) for standard delivery.
If you choose express delivery, additional charges will apply based on your location and order. You can select your preferred shipping type or service during checkout and see the exact shipping cost before you purchase.
Do you provide a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy for jewelry purchased from our official website. You can exchange your item anytime and receive a credit note worth 50% of the invoice value (excluding taxes and discounts), provided the item is in its original, unaltered condition.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible. No cash refunds are offered.
